Register Your Card and Protect Your Balance

When you use your Preferred Price™ Card at Petro-Canada, you'll instantly save on every litre that has been loaded on to your Card. Your cents-per-litre savings can be used on any grade of gasoline — including SuperClean™ and diesel.

Petro-Canada offers balance protection for your Preferred Price Card when you register your card online. If your card is lost or stolen, you can secure the remaining balance on your Preferred Price Card by contacting Petro-Canada.

Report a Missing Card

Simply call Customer Service at 1 (800) 668-0220, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (EST) as soon as you realize your card is missing.

Once you report your lost or stolen card, Petro-Canada will send you a replacement card with the balance of litres remaining from the date you reported the loss of your card.

You must register your card online for balance protection to be valid.
