If you have visited a Petro-Canada service station recently, we'd like to hear about your experience. As a thank you for completing the survey, you'll have a chance to win gas for one year! If you’re a Petro-Points™ member, you’ll also be awarded 200 Petro-Points.

The survey is short and easy to complete. Here's what you'll need to enter the secure survey Web site and the contest:

• The sales receipt from your most recent visit to a Petro-Canada service station; it should include a number code that begins with the letters PC followed by 14 numbers.
• Your address and phone number so we can contact you if you win the contest.
• Your Petro-Points number (if you’re a member) so we can award the 200 bonus points.
