    1. How can I earn more Petro-Points?
      • Use the CIBC Petro-Points Mastercard® to earn when you shop.
      • Purchase all your drinks and snacks at a Petro-Canada convenience store and earn more points on almost everything you purchase.
      • Earn 20% more Petro-Points when you register your Ontario CAA membership number to your Petro-Points card (available for CAA memberships in Ontario only). Earn 20% more points on all of your Petro-Canada purchases when you swipe your Petro-Points card.
      • Get 1,000 bonus points when you sign-up for email offers. Check out bonus points offers and learn about special Member promotions.


    2. What if I forget to bring my Petro-Points card to the station? Can I still get my points?
      A member can claim Petro-Points within 60 days of the transaction being completed. For one to three receipts please fax them to Petro-Points customer service 1 (800) 837-1228. For three or more receipts please mail them to Petro-Points, P.O. Box 480, Orangeville, ON, L9W 5G2. In both cases, the member name and Petro-Points card number should be written clearly on the top of each proof of purchase receipt.

    3. How do I order a replacement card if my Petro-Points card gets lost or stolen?
      To request a replacement card, please log in to My Petro-Canada™. Alternatively you can call 1 (800) 668-0220 or contact Customer Service for assistance.

    Best Buy e-Gift Cards

    1. What happens if I lose my e-Gift Card?
      Unfortunately, lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. If there was an error in sending you the e-Gift Card then please contact Petro-Canada customer service at 1 (800) 668-0220 / TTY: 855-717-5543.

    2. How many e-Gift certificates can I redeem for?
      You can redeem for various Best Buy e-Gift Card denominations depending on your points balance. For each e-Gift Card redemption, you will be required to initiate and complete a new transaction.

    3. Can I use the e-Gift Card at a Best Buy store and online?
      Yes, you can use the e-Gift Card in store (the store scans the card’s bar code) or enter the e-Gift Card number and PIN when shopping at bestbuy.ca.

      You can use up to three separate e-Gift Cards for the full payment of one transaction at BestBuy.ca.

      You can use up to two e-Gift Cards per transaction when used in combination with other accepted forms of payment (cash, debit or credit card).

    4. Can I return my e-Gift Card?
      Unfortunately, you cannot return your Best Buy e-Gift Card. Once redeemed, the Best Buy e-Gift Card is not refundable for cash.

    5. How many Petro-Points do I need to redeem for a Best Buy eGift Card?
      The Best Buy e-Gift Card is available in the following denominations:

      15,000 points = $10
      37,500 points = $25
      75,000 points = $50
      150,000 points = $100
      375,000 points = $250
      750,000 points = $500

    6. How many e-Gift certificates can I use in a single transaction at Best Buy?
      For in store purchases, there are no restrictions on the number of e-Gift Cards used for a single transaction.

      For purchases on bestbuy.ca:

      - You can use up to three separate e-Gift Cards per transaction if you are not using another form of payment (e.g., card)

      - You can use up to two separate e-Gift Cards per transaction if you are using the e-Gift Card with another method of payment (e.g., credit card)

    7. What if I have trouble redeeming my e-Gift Card at Best Buy?
      Please contact Best Buy customer service in store or at 1-866-BEST BUY (237-8289).

    8. What if I do not have an email address and I want to redeem for an e-Gift Card?
      You need an email address in order to redeem Petro-Points for a Best Buy e-Gift Card. The e-Gift Card will be sent to the email address you provide.

    9. What happens if I decide to return a product I purchased with my e-Gift Card? Will I get credit back?
      Please contact the store, or Best Buy customer service at 1-866-BEST BUY (237-8289) for more information.

        If you’ve entered your PIN online you should see your points balance updated now with any bonus points. On your online statement, you will see an adjustment with a code of “PN - PIN BONUS POINTS.” Your points will update automatically but you will not be able to use your points for 12 hours. If you do not see your bonus points please contact our Customer Service at 1-800-668-0220 / TTY: 855-717-5543 and we’d be pleased to assist you.

      3. I cannot log in to My Petro-Canada.
        Have you registered for My Petro-Canada before? If not, please press the “register” button, follow the steps and be sure to look out for the confirmation email. Then you can return to www.petro-canada.ca/bluejays to enter your PIN online.

      4. I tried to enter my PIN, but the website said it had expired.
        Read our Rules and Regulations. Each PIN has an expiry date of Nov. 1, 2013, and offers are no longer valid after the expiry date. Your Preferred Price card is still valid and will be until May 31, 2015 – don’t forget to redeem your fuel savings. If you require further assistance, please contact our Customer Service at 1-800-668-0220 / TTY: 855-717-5543.

      5. I did not receive a Preferred Price card/PIN at the game I attended. How can I participate in this offer?
        We’re sorry. These cards were handed out as a promotional giveaway by the Toronto Blue Jays, on a limited basis. Not all fans who attended the game received the offer.

      6. I am already registered on My Petro-Canada. How do I get my 2,500 bonus points?
        The 2,500 bonus points are for first-time registrants only. You would have collected the 2,500 points when you first registered for My Petro-Canada.

      7. I’m a huge fan of the Blue Jays, and I’d love one of the cards. How do I get one as a souvenir?
