    Car Wash and Season Pass

    Terms and Conditions

    Car Wash

    • Buy two GlideForCarLovers or GlidePlus™, SuperWorks or The Works™ ticket washes and save 5¢ per litre on fuel.
      • Fuel savings apply at the time the offer is purchased.
      • Also applies to diesel purchases.
      • Limited to 150 litres per fuel purchase.
      • SEPP reserves the right to cancel and/or modify this promotion at any time and
        without notice.
    • Use your ticket, Season Pass or Wash & Go car wash card at any Petro-Canada™ SuperWash or Glide™ location.
    • Complimentary vacuum, carpet shampoo and spot lifter only available at participating stations when you purchase a GlideForCarLovers ticket wash.
    • Petro-Points™ reward selection and availability may vary. All rewards may not be available at all stations. Please check with a participating Petro-Canada station for details.

    Season Pass

    Use of the Car Wash Season Pass card constitutes acceptance of these terms:

    • The Season Pass card grants cardholder use at participating Petro-CanadaGlide™ Wash and SuperWash™ Car Wash locations in Canada. 
    • Card holds no value until activated at a participating Petro-Canada retail location.
    • Card is valid from the number of days purchased from the date of first use.
    • Cannot be redeemed for cash.
    • Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
    • One wash per day limit, from 12 a.m. – 11:59 p.m. Not all car washes are open 24 hours. Hours of operation vary by car wash.
    • Some vehicle types/sizes cannot be washed. For details, please refer to the safety guidelines at each specific Car Wash location.
    • Card is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash or any other
      Petro-Canada product(s).
    • Petro-Canada cards are the exclusive property of Suncor Energy Products Partnership (SEPP) and may be repossessed or cancelled where cardholder, in Suncor's opinion, breaches any of terms of use, or acts in an illegal, inappropriate or fraudulent manner. Resale or reproduction of the Season Pass card, or of individual washes from the Season Pass card, is strictly prohibited and will also result in confiscation and cancellation of the card. No refund will be provided by Suncor should any of these occur.
    • Suncor Energy Products Partnership is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards. Cardholders are responsible for their Season Pass.
    • Number of days remaining on card at any given time shall be based on Petro-Canada's records.
    • If reloaded card has days remaining and is reloaded, the days will be added to the existing days on the card.
    • If reloaded card doesn't have any days remaining, the card will be valid for the number of days purchased from the date of first use.

    Season Pass is available at participating SuperWash and Glide Wash in Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Season Pass is not for sale in Quebec. In Quebec, the 90 days of car washes program is available as a service contract known as the Carte accès lave-auto.

    Wash & Go

    • The Wash & Go card grants cardholder use at participating Petro-Canada Glide Wash and SuperWash Car Wash locations in Canada.
    • Card holds no value until activated at a participating Petro-Canada retail location.
    • Card is pre-loaded with five top package washes and is valid until all five washes have been used. Guests can balance protect online to receive a sixth wash for free.
    • Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
    • Some vehicle types/sizes cannot be washed. For details, please refer to the safety guidelines at each specific Car Wash location.
    • Card is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash or any other Petro-Canada product(s).
    • Petro-Canada cards are the exclusive property of Suncor Energy Products Partnership (SEPP) and may be repossessed where cardholder has, in SEPP's opinion, acted in an illegal, inappropriate or fraudulent manner. No refund will be provided by Suncor should any of these occur. 
    • Suncor Energy Products Partnership is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards. Cardholders are responsible for their Season Pass Wash and Go card.
    • Number of washes remaining on card at any given time shall be based on Petro-Canada's records.
    • Card can be reloaded online with five, 10, or 15 washes. If card has washes remaining and is reloaded online, the washes will be added to the existing number of washes on the card.

    Season Pass is available at participating SuperWash and Glide Wash in Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Quebec.

    Wave & Wash Cards

    • Wave & Wash cards will be available at participating Petro-Canada Glide Wash and SuperWash Car Wash locations in Canada starting January 2013.
    • Season Pass and Wash & Go cards will be enabled with Tap & Go technology.
    • These cards will perform car wash transactions by tapping or waving in front of the reader. There is no need to insert the magnetic strip on the card.
    • There is no additional fee to get a Wave & Wash card.
    • Upon guest request, old cards will be cancelled until a new card is sent. It is treated like a replacement card and will take five to 10 business days to ship.

    Balance Protection

    Protect your balance now. In order to protect your card, you must log in to your online account and register your Season Pass card number online. If you lose your card or your card is stolen, and if the card is registered, once you notify Suncor of this, your remaining balance will be secured.

    Suncor will exercise reasonable effort to ensure cards reported as lost or stolen are cancelled as soon as possible after receipt of the request. In order for Suncor to cancel your card and reissue with the number of days remaining, you must have registered your card. If your card is not registered, Suncor has no way of cancelling your card.

    For replacement card requests please call Customer Service at 1 (800) 668-0220 (TTY: 855-717-5543). Suncor will issue a new card containing the number of days remaining at the time Suncor receives the request to replace the card. Suncor will not reimburse the cardholder for any transactions (fraudulent or otherwise) that may occur prior to or during the time the request for a replacement card is made.

    The cardholder is responsible for any transactions that may occur on the card until such time as a Suncor representative receives the request and cancels the card in question.

    Car Wash Card

    The Car Wash Card is for use at participating Petro-Canada SuperWash™ car wash and Glide™ Wash locations only. The Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The Card is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash or any other Petro-Canada product(s).

    The Card is exclusive property of Suncor Energy Inc. ("Suncor") and may be repossessed where the cardholder has, in Suncor’s opinion, acted in an illegal, inappropriate or fraudulent manner. Suncor is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards.

    4. The Card is not redeemable for cash.
    5. Petro-Canada is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.
    6. The Card may be terminated or confiscated at any time, if used illegally or inappropriately.
    7. Value remaining on card at any given time shall be based on Petro-Canada’s records.
