Season Pass
Use of the Car Wash Season Pass card constitutes acceptance of these terms:
- The Season Pass card grants cardholder use at participating Petro-Canada™ Glide™ Auto Wash and SuperWash™ Car Wash locations in Canada.
- Card holds no value until activated at a participating Petro-Canada retail location.
- Card is valid from the number of days purchased from the date of first use.
- Cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- One wash per day limit, from 12 a.m. — 11:59 p.m. Not all car washes are open 24 hours. Hours of operation vary by car wash.
- Some vehicle types/sizes cannot be washed. For details, please refer to the safety guidelines at each specific Car Wash location.
- Card is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash or any other
Petro-Canada product(s).
- Petro-Canada cards are the exclusive property of Suncor Energy Products Partnership (SEPP) and may be repossessed where cardholder has, in SEPP's opinion, acted in a disorderly, illegal, inappropriate or fraudulent manner.
- Suncor Energy Products Partnership is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards. Cardholders are responsible for their Season Pass.
- Number of days remaining on card at any given time shall be based on Petro-Canada's records.
- If reloaded card has days remaining and is reloaded, the days will be added to the existing days on the card.
- If reloaded card doesn't have any days remaining, the card will be valid for the number of days purchased from the date of first use.
Season Pass is available at participating SuperWash and Glide Auto Wash in Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Season Pass is not for sale in Quebec. In Quebec, the 90 days of car washes program is available as a service contract known as the Carte accès lave-auto.
Car Wash
- 48-Hour Weather Guarantee
- Keep your GlideForCarLovers™ or SuperWorks™ ticket for a complimentary rewash within 48 hours of your last wash if it rains or snows. Valid only after one calendar day from your last wash.
- One rewash per ticket purchased/redeemed.
- Buy two GlideForCarLovers or GlidePlus™ , SuperWorks or The Works™ ticket washes and save 5¢ per litre on fuel.
- Fuel savings apply at the time the offer is purchased.
- Also applies to diesel purchases.
- Limited to 150 litres per fuel purchase.
- SEPP reserves the right to cancel and/or modify this promotion at any time and
without notice.
- Complimentary vacuum, carpet shampoo and spot lifter only available at participating stations when you purchase a GlideForCarLovers ticket wash.
- Petro-Points™ reward selection and availability may vary. All rewards may not be available at all stations. Please check with a participating Petro-Canada station for details.
Balance Protection
Protect your balance now. In order to protect your card, you must log in to My Petro-Canada™ and register your Season Pass card number online. If you lose your card or your card is stolen, and if the card is registered, once you notify Petro-Canada of this, your remaining balance will be secured.
Petro-Canada will exercise reasonable effort to ensure cards reported as lost or stolen are cancelled as soon as possible after receipt of the request. In order for Petro-Canada to cancel your card and reissue with the number of days remaining, you must have registered your card. If your card is not registered, Petro-Canada has no way of cancelling your card.
Replacement card requests are managed during Petro-Canada's Customer Service normal hours of operation: 8 a.m. — 8 p.m. eastern time (EST), Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Petro-Canada will issue a new card containing the number of days remaining at the time Petro-Canada receives the request to replace the card. Petro-Canada will not reimburse the cardholder for any transactions (fraudulent or otherwise) that may occur prior to or during the time the request for a replacement card is made.
The cardholder is responsible for any transactions that may occur on the card until such time as a Petro-Canada representative receives the request and cancels the card in question.
