How to Participate |

| 1.1 |
Sponsor: The sponsor of this contest is Suncor Energy Products Partnership (the “Contest Sponsor” or “Suncor”).

| 1.2 |
Eligibility: The dreambig Petro-Canada May 2012 Contest (the “Contest”) is open to residents of Canada only, who have reached the age of majority in their province/territory of residence and who are in compliance with the Contest Rules and Regulations (“Rules”), except employees, retirees of Suncor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, agents, associates, dealers, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies and members of the immediate family (brothers, sisters, children, father, mother) of these employees and retirees or any person with whom they are domiciled (“Eligible Entrant”).

Contest Period: The Contest begins at 10:00 a.m., Eastern Time (ET) on May 15, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m., Eastern Time on May 28, 2012 (“Contest Period”).

Contest Entry: No Purchase Necessary. Each Eligible Entrant will be required to answer the following question correctly and fill in an electronic entry form (“Entry Form”) to receive one (1) entry into the Contest:
How long has Petro-Canada supported Canadian athletes, coaches and their families? (Hint: learn more about Petro-Canada’s history with the Canadian Olympic Team) Internet access, a valid email account and a Facebook account are required to participate. In order to enter the Contest, each Eligible Entrant must be a registered user on Facebook*. If the Eligible Entrant does not have a Facebook account, follow the on-screen instructions to register for a free Facebook account at www.facebook.com. Only one (1) Facebook account and one (1) email address may be used by each Eligible Entrant in connection with this Contest. Using the designated application on the dreambig Facebook page, Eligible Entrants are invited to enter their email address into the “dreambig” tab on the dreambig Facebook page (www.facebook.com/dreambig).

Contest Entry Restrictions: There is a limit of one (1) entry per Eligible Entrant for the Contest. Each Eligible Entrant must have a Facebook account to participate in the Contest Period. Each entry will be reviewed and determined by Contest Sponsor to be eligible or ineligible in accordance with these Rules. Subsequent entries submitted by an Eligible Entrant will be considered void.

Awarding of the Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to the selected Eligible Entrants whose contact information (email address) has been given at time of the entry in the Entry Form on the dreambig Facebook page and have complied with the Rules.

Prizes
|
| 2.1 |
Prizes: There will be five (5) prizes to be awarded in the scope of the Contest. Prizes are as follows:
- Each prize consists of a Petro-Canada Preferred Price Card with a fuel price savings of ten (10) cents per litre on five hundred (500) litres of fuel valued at $50.00 that can be used at participating Petro-Canada stations (“Prize”).
- Each Prize will be awarded by a random computer generated draw (See paragraphs 2.3 and 2.4).
- Each Prize must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternatives, substitution or transfers of the Prizes will be allowed. The Prize winners shall not be entitled to convert the credit for gasoline into cash.

Odds: The odds of being randomly selected to win a Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

| 2.3 |
Draw: A draw of five (5) eligible entries will be made by a random computer-generated selection on May 29, 2012, at noon (ET), or soon thereafter, at 2489 North Sheridan Way, Mississauga, Ontario, L5K 1A8, among all eligible entries registered and received during the Contest Period ("Prize Draw").
Each selected Eligible Entrant will be contacted by email. At least three (3) attempts to contact the selected Eligible Entrant by email will be made within the fourteen (14) days following the Prize Draw. If the Contest Sponsor is unable to contact the selected Eligible Entrant within fourteen (14) days following the Prize Draw, another Eligible Entrant will be randomly selected and the initial selected Eligible Entrant will be disqualified, his/her right to the Prize will be forfeited and that selected Eligible Entrant will have no further recourse towards Contest Sponsor or anyone involved in the Contest. There is a limit of one (1) prize per Eligible Entrant and per household for the Contest.

| 2.4 |
Prize Claim: In order to win a Prize, the selected Eligible Entrant must first correctly answer without aid a time limited, mathematical skill testing question to be administered by telephone or email. Moreover, he or she will be required to sign and return a Declaration and Release form confirming compliance with these Contest Rules, the Eligibility Requirements, if applicable, acceptance of the Prize as awarded and releasing Contest Sponsor from all liability. The selected Eligible Entrant will have seven (7) days, upon receipt, to return a signed copy of the Declaration and Release form to the Contest Sponsor. If the selected Eligible Entrant does not do so, another Eligible Entrant will be randomly selected and the initial selected Eligible Entrant will be disqualified, his/her right to the Prize will be forfeited and that selected Eligible Entrant will have no further recourse towards Contest Sponsor or anyone involved in the Contest.
Upon receipt of the duly signed Declaration and Release form, the Prize will be delivered to the winner by standard mail at the address specified by the winner in his or her signed Declaration and Release form received by the Contest Sponsor.

General Rules

| 3.1 |
Entry forms and Declaration and Release forms are subject to verification by Contest Sponsor and/or its designated representatives. Entries made with multiple addresses, under multiple identities, through the use of any device or artifice to enter multiple times or entries that are in excess of the permitted number of entries for the Contest Period are automatically void. Any Entry Form or Declaration and Release form which is, as the case may be, incomplete, illegible, mutilated, fraudulent, registered or submitted late, bearing an invalid email address, not bearing the correct answer to the mathematical skill-testing question or otherwise noncompliant shall be rejected and will not entitle to an entry or to a prize, as the case may be. Contest Sponsor will be the sole and final reference source in validating Entry forms and Declaration and Release forms. Contest Sponsor is not responsible or liable for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, stolen, delayed, undelivered, unregistered, damaged or destroyed entries, notifications, replies or any Declaration and Release Form; for lost, faulty, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, websites or other connections, related to the Contest and/or the dreambig Page on Facebook; for errors and failures of any kind, including but not limited to human, electronic, mechanical and/or technical in nature; for failure or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer and online systems, servers, computer equipment, software, email, players, or browsers on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, the dreambig Page on Facebook, any related website, application or any combination thereof or otherwise; for any injury or damage to entrant, entrant's computer, or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading material in connection with the Contest; or for incorrect or inaccurate information.

| 3.2 |
By participating, each Eligible Entrant and the winner agree:
- to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of Contest Sponsor,
- to the collection and use of his/her personal information by Contest Sponsor for the purpose of administering the Contest,
- to release and hold harmless Contest Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and independent contractors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives including advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability for any claims/damages whatsoever with respect to acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, and/or entry or attempt to enter the Contest,
- to permit Contest Sponsor to use his/her name, address, city, province/territory of residence, photograph, likeness, video, voice and/or declarations regarding the prize for advertising or publicity purposes without any compensation, and
- to sign a Declaration and Release Form to this effect. The decisions of Contest Sponsor in relation to this Contest will be final and binding on all Eligible Entrants.

| 3.3 |
Contest Sponsor shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription or registration of Contest entry information, technical malfunctions, lost / delayed / incomplete / interrupted / misdirected / stolen / illegible / deleted data / network transmissions, line failures of any telecommunication network, failure of computer equipment, software, websites, inability to access any online service or website, inability to submit the Entry Form or any other malfunction or human or technical error, or any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Contest, or for late, lost, stolen, postage due, illegible, undelivered or misdirected entries.

| 3.4 |
Contest Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend this Contest, at its sole discretion, in the event of a technical failure, computer virus or bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud or any other occurrence or cause beyond its control that corrupts or adversely affects the administration, security, fairness or normal operation of the Contest.

| 3.5 |
If a selected Eligible Entrant is awarded a prize due to a system error, malfunction or defect or human error, the prize will be returned to the prize pool, to be re-awarded.

| 3.6 |
Under no circumstances will the Contest Sponsor be required to award more prizes than indicated in these Rules or to award a prize otherwise than in accordance with these Rules.

| 3.7 |
The Contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial and local laws, as well as the rules adopted in view of said laws. For non Quebec residents: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity interpretation and enforceability of the Rules or the rights and obligations as between the entrant and Suncor in connection with the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws. For Quebec residents: any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Quebec for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

| 3.8 |
If a paragraph of these Rules is declared illegal, non-executable or null by a competent court, then this paragraph will be considered void, but unaffected all paragraphs will be applied within the limits of the law.

In case of any discrepancy between the French and English versions of these Rules, the English version shall prevail.

| 3.11 |
This Contest is not managed, endorsed, administered or sponsored by Facebook. Any question, comment or complaint regarding the Contest must be directed to the Contest Sponsor and not to Facebook. Facebook and all its affiliates, directors, officers, agents and employees are not liable for any claims arising out of or in connection with the organization of this Contest. However, by participating in this Contest, each participant agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of use, contracts, other policies and/or guidelines governing the Facebook platform and releases the Contest Sponsor, any company, corporation, trust or other legal entity controlled by or affiliated with it, their advertising and promotional agencies, their employees, agents and representatives from and against any damage that could arise from the use of this platform.
