How many e-Gift cards can I redeem for at once?
You can only redeem for one e-Gift card at a time. However, you can redeem for various e-Gift card denominations depending on your current Petro-Points balance. For each e-Gift card redemption you will be required to initiate and complete a new transaction.
Does my e-Gift card expire?
No, there is no expiration date. Your remaining e-Gift card balance is updated after each transaction.
I never received my e-Gift card email. What do I do?
If you never received your e-Gift card email, please check your junk mail folder first. If you cannot locate the email, please contact Petro-Canada customer service at 1-800-668-0220.
Delivery of your e-Gift card may be delayed if you have made a recent change to your account profile.

Unfortunately, you cannot return your e-Gift card. Once redeemed, the card is not refundable.

Do I have to use my entire Best Buy e-Gift card balance in one order?
No, you can use your e-Gift card in multiple orders as long as you have a balance remaining on it. If you have value left over on your e-Gift card, it will stay on the card until you decide to use it for your next purchase(s).

Unfortunately, lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

You can use your e-Gift card at any Best Buy store in Canada or online at BestBuy.ca.
You must print your e-Gift Card for redemption in-store.
