    6. I bought two car washes at the pump and only got one ticket. Why didn't I get two tickets?
      The ticket you have purchased can be redeemed for up to two washes. Just keep your original ticket, and when you visit us again simply re-scan the barcode.

    Car Wash Season Pass

    1. What is the Season Pass?
      The Season Pass is a pre-paid, reloadable card that allows you to wash your car once a day for 90 days at any participating SuperWash car wash or Glide Wash location throughout Canada. The Season Pass and the Glide SeasonPass are not available in Quebec.

    2. What is the Carte accès lave-auto?
      The Carte accès lave-auto is a service contract which allows you to wash your car once a day for 90 days. The Carte accès lave-auto is available in Quebec only.

    3. Where can I get a Season Pass?
      The Season Pass is available at participating Petro-Canada stations throughout Canada, excluding Quebec.  Please visit our site locator to find a location near you.

    5. What is balance protection, how does it work and how do I get it? What if my card is lost or stolen?
      Balance protection is a service we offer to recover your card’s balance if it is lost or stolen.

      Balance protection is simple. In order to protect your card, log in to your online account and register your card number online. If your card is lost or stolen, but you’ve registered your card, simply notify Petro-Canada and your remaining balance will be secured.

      Once you’ve reported your lost or stolen card, Petro-Canada will send you a replacement card with the balance of days remaining from the date you reported the loss of your card. Petro-Canada will not reimburse the cardholder for any transactions (fraudulent or otherwise) that may occur prior to or during the time the request for a replacement card is made.

      In order for Petro-Canada to cancel your card and reissue a new card with the number of days remaining, you must have registered your card. If your card is not registered, Petro-Canada has no way of cancelling your card and cannot provide balance protection.

    6. What is the benefit of registering my Season Pass?
      Registering your Season Pass protects your remaining balance, in the event your card gets lost, stolen or damaged. You can also check the balance of your card at any time.

    7. How do I order a new Season Pass if my card is lost, stolen or damaged?
      If your card is registered with an online account, please call the Customer Service Network at 1 (800) 668-0220.

    8. What if the car wash is closed and I want to wash my car?
      Please visit another car wash location nearby.

      Search for a Glide or SuperWash location 

    9. Can I place a hold on my Season Pass, and use it at a later date?
      No. Season Passes are only valid for 90 days from the first day of use.

    10. Can I get a refund on my Season Pass?
      No. We do not offer refunds on Season Passes.

    11. Can I use my Glide™ Wash SeasonPass at a SuperWash™ car wash?
      Yes. You will receive the top SuperWash package.

    12. How can I find out the number of days remaining on my Season Pass?
      Your Season Pass gives you 90 days from the first day of use. To find out how many days you have left, you can register your card through your online account.

    Reloading Your Car Wash Card

      Prices and number of days are listed in step two of the reload process.

      Glide™
      Season Pass: $199 Cdn for 90 days; $398 for 180 days; $597 for 270 days; $796 for 360 days.

      SuperWash™ Season Pass: $199 for 90 days; $398 for 180 days; $597 for 270 days; $796 for 360 days.

    3. Do I have to register with an online account in order to reload?
      Yes. Register today!

    4. Do I have to become a Petro-Points member in order to reload?
      It is required that you have an online account to reload your car wash card. If you are not currently a Petro-Points member you will automatically be enrolled in the program when you register for an online account. A unique Petro-Points number will be issued to you upon creating your account.

    5. What is a card number and where do I find this number? Your Season Pass/Carte accès lave-auto number is an 18-digit number found on the back of your Season Pass/Care accès lave-auto card (Example: 7069 12345 12345 1234).

    6. What is a validation number/validation code/PIN and where do I find this number?
      Your three-digit PIN appears on the back of your Season Pass, Wash & Go or Car Wash Card. View image of card validation codes.

    7. When does the card become active and when do the days start?
      If your card has/had one or more days remaining before you reloaded, your new days will be added to your existing days.

      If your card has/had zero days remaining before you reloaded, your days will begin/become valid on the date you first use the card.

    8. I’ve reloaded my card online, now how do I activate my reloaded card?
      Once you’ve completed the online reload process, you are ready to use your card – simply drive up to a car wash near you 

    9. Is there a maximum number of times I can reload my card?
      No, you can reload your card as often and as many times as you like.

    10. Does my Season Pass/Carte accès lave-auto balance carry over when I reload my card?
      Yes, your Season Pass/Carte accès lave-auto will carry over if you reload your card before the current balance expires.

      If your card has/had one or more days remaining before you reloaded, your new days will be added to your existing days.

      If your card has/had zero days remaining before you reloaded, your days will begin/become valid on the date you first use the card.

    11. Can I reload an expired Season Pass/Carte accès lave-auto?
      Yes. If your card is expired, meaning it has/had zero days remaining before you reloaded, your days will begin/become valid on the date you first use the card.

    12. Are my new days automatically loaded to my Season Pass/Carte accès lave-auto when I reload online?
      Yes, once your credit card information has been verified and the funds have been successfully transferred from your account, your account top up is automatically loaded to your Season Pass/Carte accès lave-auto.

    13. How do I check my Season Pass/Carte accès lave-auto balance?
      You can check your balance by registering your card with an online account.

      No, but you are welcome to reload your card again at any time to add 90, 180, or 270 days.

    15. I have a promotion code. When and how do I use it?
      During step two of four of the reload transaction process, under the heading Special Promotion enter the code in the “Enter your promotion code” field. Click the "continue" button and the price change will appear in the next screen.

    16. Can I use the promotion code offer in store?
      No. The promotion code offer is designed for online use only.

    17. Can I redeem my Petro-Points to reload my Season Pass/Carte accès?
      Yes. Review points required.

    18. How many Petro-Points can I collect when I reload my Season Pass/ Carte accès?
      When you reload your Season/Pass Carte accès online, you will collect 20 Petro-Points for every dollar spent. If you pay with your CIBC Petro-Points MasterCard you will earn 50% more points on your purchase. If you have a promotion code that entitles you to additional Petro-Points with your purchase you will receive them as well.

    19. I reloaded my Season Pass/Carte accès, why doesn’t my account show my new Petro-Points?
      It can take up to 24 hours for your Petro-Points to appear on your statement in your online account.

      No, you can only reload online. If you are uncomfortable providing your credit card information electronically, simply purchase a new season pass in store.

    2. What currency are the prices quoted in?
      All prices are quoted in Canadian (Cdn) dollars.

    3. Do I have to pay a transaction fee?
      There is no transaction fee for reloading your Season Pass/Carte accès lave-auto.

    4. What payment methods can I use to reload my car wash card?
      You can use:

      Yes. When you use your CIBC Petro-Points MasterCard you will also earn 50% more Petro-Points.

    6. What security measures are in place to protect me when I reload my card online?
      All cardholder data is encrypted as per payment card industry standards.

    7. What company name will be displayed on my bank statement?
      Petro-Canada.

    8. Where is my credit card/payment information stored?
      Credit card information is held on a secure encrypted server. All cardholder data is encrypted as per payment card industry standards. Petro-Canada does not retain personal credit history information.

    9. What is a credit card security code, why do I need it and where do I find it?
      A security code is a three- to four-digit code found on the back of your credit card. This helps ensure that the customer making the purchase is actually in possession of their credit card and therefore increases security.

    10. What is Verified by Visa (VbV) and do I have register?
      Verified by Visa (VbV) is a program designed to help make shopping online more secure. By registering a password for a Visa card with the VbV service, and shopping online at VbV-enabled merchants, your card can only be used by you to make online purchases. VbV is available at no cost, exclusively to Visa cardholders. For more information, please visit the Verified by Visa website.

    11. What is SecureCode by MasterCard and do I have to register?
      MasterCard SecureCode is a simple and secure way to pay at thousands of online stores. A private code known only to you and your bank, your SecureCode enhances your existing MasterCard account by protecting you against unauthorized use of your card when shopping online at participating online retailers. For more information, please visit the MasterCard SecureCode website.

    12. Can I pay for a car wash reload and split it between two Season Passes/Carte accès lave-autos?
      No, reloads purchased online will be automatically loaded to the Season Passes/Carte accès lave-autos card number that is entered at the time of purchase and cannot be shared among cards.

    13. Can I set up automatic purchases to reload my Season Pass/Carte accès lave-auto whenever my days remaining get low?
      Not at this time.

    14. Can I pay with my INTERAC® debit card online?
      Yes. You can use your INTERAC® debit card to reload your car wash card online. View list of INTERAC® online participants.

    Refunding/Exchanging Your Car Wash Reload

    1. What is the exchange policy?
      We do not accept exchanges for online reloads. However, if your Season Pass/Carte accès lave-auto malfunctions we will be happy to reissue it.

    2. What is the return policy?
      We do not accept returns for online reloads. However, if your Season Pass/Carte accès lave-auto is malfunctioning we will be happy to reissue it.

    3. Can I cancel a transaction?
      No, once your payment information has been processed, it cannot be refunded.
